101 years old and counting!!

This is Brian's grandpa. He is 101 years old and counting!!! We went and saw him last Sunday and he wanted a picture with Makaylee. They are five months shy of being 101 years apart, crazy!!! His hearing and sight are not that great anymore but the man is still quick and definitely still has his sense of humor!!
This is four generations!

Makaylee was fascinated with her new friend, I had to warn him not to get to close or she might claw him with her daggers we call fingernails (I cut them almost every week)!!

Wagon ride!!

Makaylee's cousin Dylan got a wagon for his birthday a couple weeks ago, since it is to cold to go outside Uncle Eric takes them around the house!! Kaylee can sit up really well but she suprised me at just how well she is sitting, i think they made fugure eights around the furniture for a half hour. The kids loved it so much the boys would have to take turns hauling them around, everytime one of them would say "ok, im done" Dylan would beg for more.

I love this picture!! heheehe He needed a nap!!

Rice cereal!!

This is Makaylee's first rice cereal experience!! If you look at the photo that is her excited! She tenses up, starts shaking her arms and kicking her feet. I thought that it was going to be super fun and we were going to make a huge mess and get good pictures. i was wrong! After reading and following the directions on the package, her cereal turned out to look like water with floaties. She couldn't have been happier to eat out of a spoon, even if it was just water. I guess that i wasn't going fast enough cause most of the time she would try and take the spoon right out of my hand and feed herself. Hey, we did end up making a mess! (That is probably more drool than cereal!)
Look at the way cute bib, I love it!!!!

My dads birthday

Sorry not very good at the picture thing I'm not sure how to flip them. Anyway, my dads birthday was last Friday so I wanted to do something funny cause every time you ask him what he wants he says world peace and it's not going to happen anytime soon!! The guy doesn't need anything. He doesn't make it easy on us to shop for him.My dad is a CPA and I have seen little "tax deduction" onesies at Target for the last i don't know how many years, I was excited this year to see them, and then I was crushed cause I never found them, hello it is tax season!!! I made this one with a tee shirt and some stickers. This is the cutest pic I got out of her, and let me tell you it took two days (the second picture is what she looked like for most of the pics).

So he turned the big 5-0 this year and most of what he got was for his pond. He has put a lot of sweat into this pond, everybody has contributed to the pond. Makaylee and I even helped rearrange some rocks, (I fell in the pond when I was pregnant and then he had to redo that part cause the rocks didn't fit back into place). His gift from my mom was a big pump so now the water is no longer stagnant. It makes noise, it is super awesome!! It needed a bigger pump cause the one thay had would trickle out at the top and he wanted noise!! The last picture is the final result, i wish I had a picture to show what the yard looked like before cause i looked nothing like that, it didn't even have grass when them moved in, it was all weeds!

This is him day dreaming about his new pump!

Happy Birthday Dad!!!
