Wheeler Farm

Last Monday my friend Amber invited Makaylee and I to go to Wheeler Farm with her and her son Owen. Brian had a meeting downtown and was able to meet us there after. Since Makaylee loves animals right now I thought that it would be fun.
These babies are probably only hours old!! So So So cute!!!

Sand Dunes

A couple weeks ago we were invited to go to the Sand dunes. I was a little hesitant just because I wasn't sure if Makaylee would be able to sleep, if she couldn't, I was afraid of the fit she would throw!! But she and her little friend Alyssa slept like a couple babies, I am a proud mommy!! hehehe She didn't put up a stink she just sat in her car seat, chewed on her blanket and dozed off into four wheeling adventure dreams. This is the group (most of them).

Tara was smart and brought a tent for the little kiddies to get out of the sun, the favorite toy of the day was a bottle of sunscreen, go figure!!! Why do we waste $$$ on toys????

Fun new sounds!!

This is her new sound for this month!! I love the sounds that she goes through, I hope that I have recorded them all so I can look back and hear them later!! She started making this noise when she would get mad but now she does it for fun.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter!! I hope that everybody had a good Easter. This is a little late but I wanted to post some pictures anyway!!! This is Brian looking for his Easter basket (yes, the Easter bunny hides it from him!!) This year he got to look for two baskets!!
This was just so cute!! I don't make finding his basket easy on him, he usually asks for hints!! What a mean bunny!!!!

They finally found their baskets!!! We were running late for church so I had to pretty much tell him where the bunny hid his basket!

I was not watching close enough and Makaylee found her chocolate bunny, I had to take it away so she didn't get her cute dress dirty.

My friend and I made cupcakes for her family on Friday. She did not end up liking them so she told me to take them home and she would start over. I didn't care what they looked like, they were yummy!!

Too many birthday's!!!!

April 8th is a busy day for Brian and I. Our mom's both turn a year older on that day! On Wednesday Makaylee and I went up to my parents house and hung around and then Brian came up later.......just in time to go to dinner with us. We went to Rock Creek Pizza and then came home and ate an ice cream cake with my grandparents.

My family loves to ruin pictures!!! It will take us hours to get one decent family picture, so I decided that I would just post this and if they didn't like it oh well, maybe they should smile next time!!

I got both of our moms the same thing, it is hard to buy for two women on the same day!! I think that I am going to try and think ahead next year and do the shopping before April 8th!! It actually wasn't that hard, I saw it and thought both of them could use one!!

MTC

We dropped my favorite brother-in-law Eric off at the MTC on the 25th. Of course I had mixed emotions about it. My brothers have gone on missions and they grew up a lot and had fun. I am excited that he is able to experience this, but I am also selfish in not wanting him to go because I have fun with him and don't want to share him! I went prepared to the MTC with a bag of toys that I hid in his suitcase and NO makeup on my face!! I figured I would look better with just a red face rather than a red face with black streamers going down my cheeks!

Last glance of a cell phone! Makylee doesn't want him to go either, she it trying to destroy his papers by gumming them until no longer recognizable.

Ignore the chin area......I probably should have had somebody else take the picture!!! Isn't he cute??? If you are around the age of 19 and want to write him I can give his address out!!
